·       All rates subject to an additional 21% VAT and service charge

·       Rates subject to change

·       25% deposit required to confirm booking

·       Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival

·       All payments less deposit refunded with 45 day written notice of cancellation

·       All payments forfeited when less than 45 days written notice of cancellation

·       Unused portions of booking are not refundable but may be transferable

·       Lunch, dinner, and snacks prepared by in-house chef on request

·       Due to the presence of unsupervised pools, no children under 14 years except by prior agreement

Liability

The owner disclaims all or any liability for property loss or damage as well as injury or death sustained by any person whilst residing in the villa or visiting the villa at the invitation of a villa guest, or whilst riding in or getting in or out of any transportation arranged by the villa, or whilst engaged in any tour organized by the villa.
